Data accuracy
WHO GHO, World Bank, BIS, Open-Meteo, and AQICN. Each record carries a
source field and a retrieved_at timestamp.Climate and air-quality refresh daily. Economic and real-estate follow the upstream cadence (typically quarterly). Healthcare follows the WHO GHO release schedule.
If an upstream publishes a revision, we ingest it on the next sync and tag it in the changelog. The version field on the record reflects the snapshot.
Pricing & billing
No. Free is 100 requests/day across all 9 modules, no card, no trial expiry.
Each HTTP call to
api.costmaps.com/v1/* consumes one unit. Cached responses (within 5 minutes) don't count.Yes — upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Full refund within 14 days of first paid month if the data doesn't work for you.
API & access
Bearer tokens. Keys are created and rotated from
/dashboard/profile. Test keys prefixed cm_test_ hit a fixture dataset and don't consume quota.Free 100/day, Pro 1,000/day, Business 10,000/day, Enterprise 100,000/day. Burst limits are stated in /docs#rate-limits.
Yes — both are linked from /docs. The OpenAPI file is versioned alongside the API.
Exports & integrations
Pro and above can export any view to CSV or JSON. Business adds Excel and scheduled exports to S3 or a webhook.
Enterprise customers can request monthly Parquet dumps under a separate data licensing agreement. Self-hosting is not offered today.
