CostMaps is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides access to global data across multiple categories:

• Economic indicators

• Healthcare statistics
• Education metrics
• Safety and crime data
• Transportation data
• Climate and environmental data

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, secure password, and any additional requested information.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no refunds for early cancellation (except as required by law).

• Sharing API keys with third parties
• Using the API to build a competing service

• Using automated systems to abuse or overload the Service

CostMaps and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by CostMaps. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service according to your subscription.

Data Attribution: When using our data publicly, you must provide attribution to CostMaps and link back to costmaps.com where appropriate.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the dashboard or contacting support.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, your payment fails, or we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
