What counts as a request?
Each HTTP call to api.costmaps.com/v1/* consumes one unit. Cached responses (within 5 minutes) don't count. Quota is tracked per UTC day.
What happens at 100% quota?
The API returns 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After header. The dashboard stays usable; only fresh API calls are blocked until reset.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Do you support invoicing?
Business: on request for annual plans. Enterprise: invoicing and POs are standard. All other plans run through Stripe.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Free is unlimited in time and includes every module. Most teams evaluate on Free before upgrading — no Pro trial is needed.
Refunds?
Full refund within 14 days of first paid month if the data doesn't work for you. Enterprise terms vary by contract.
